Like over 400 candidates longer.
As of Thursday, 419 Americans seeking the presidency had filed a Form 2 statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission. In the last week alone, 18 new candidates have joined the lineup.

There’s no deadline to file as a candidate with the FEC, but states have explicit filing deadlines so they can prepare ballots.
Politicians officially transition from presumptive to declared candidate when they send in FEC forms.
“You can file at any time, but once you raise or spend $5,000, you’re required to file,” Christian Hilland, an FEC spokesman, said.
The Constitution says presidents must be at least 35 years old when they take office and be natural born U.S. citizens.
Forty-five states and the District of Columbia allow presidential write-in candidates. Hawaii, Nevada, South Dakota, South Carolina and Oklahoma do not.
By sheer number, these underdog candidates have 2016’s most popular pols surrounded.
On the other hand, most lack the deep-pocket allies who can reel in big dollars, according to a review of FEC records.
Take Keister, 39, the founder of DasUberBlog!
“I have not raised a single dollar since declaring on Jan. 1 that I was getting into this,” said Keister, the lone candidate running in the American Marijuana Party.
Keister is one distant contender with a noticeable social media presence. He has more Twitter followers than Chaffee, the former Rhode Island senator and governor who launched his bid June 3.
Asked about which of the leading pols he and his campaign platform could beat, Keister fired off: “Most of them.”
Several, including Keister, said they plan to skip Iowa and New Hampshire, a pair of the early presidential picking states seen as crucial to locking up early voter momentum.
“I have not raised a single dollar since declaring on Jan. 1 that I was getting into this,” Keister said.
Keister’s launch came largely from what he called a prime example of government gridlock: Construction of the new Ohio River Bridges Project in greater Louisville, Ky., that was the culmination of 50 years of legal wrangling.
And if it seems that interest in running for title of America’s leading political leader has surged in recent years, that’s because it has.
The number of candidates has already surpassed the 2012 election list, when 417 people filed during the two-year presidential reporting process.
In 2004, 224 people filed as a presidential candidates. Four years later, that number grew to 367, an increase of more than 60 percent.
Leonard Steinhorn, a professor of public communication and history at American University, attributes the climb over the last four election cycles to the ease of information access spurred largely by the growth in mobile email and the “sharing society.”
“This is the sort of the media age we’re living in where everybody has a chance to tell their story,” said Steinhorn, whose expertise includes the presidency, strategic communication and the media. “Does it mean it they have a prayer to win? No, not at all.”
Although they are dark horse choices, some of these lesser-known candidates have found some success in past political pursuits.
Vermin Supreme of New Hampshire, placed third in the New Hampshire Democratic primary in 2012 with 833 votes. Supreme, who is known for wearing a boot as a hat and carrying a large toothbrush, hinged his campaign on zombie apocalypse awareness and time travel research.
“I’m not holding my breath, but I’m not discounting it either,” Stein said.
Take Jill Stein, a darling of the Green Party. On Tuesday she launched her 2016 bid in an attempt to rekindle the trail she tread four years ago.
“I’m not holding my breath, but I’m not discounting it either,” Stein, a physician, said of her pursuit, dubbed the “Power to the People Plan.” She announced in an address to reporters at the National Press Club.
Stein’s newest platform is based mainly on the Green Party New Deal, an ambitious road map for domestic energy independence. It would provide millions of jobs by transitioning to 100 percent clean renewable energy by 2030, she said.
And then there’s Stagg, who said political alliances with high-level Republicans are the necessary backbone for gaining real political traction.
Stagg said she has spent years courting Rubio, Paul and Fiorina at conservative meet-ups, including the annual Conservative Political Action Conference.
But now, she says she’s ready to take them on in her own attempt to live at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
“I have Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush, who will never institute socioeconomic programs,” Stagg, a backer of raising the U.S. minimum wage equal to an annual salary of $100,000, said. “It’s easy to say, ‘Hi how are you, Hillary?’ and before you know it, they’ve got your cash in their hand.”
Should her bid take hold, Stagg said she would make the American dollar the worldwide currency, enact a flat federal income tax of 10 percent and work to eliminate poverty in the U.S.
While many long-shot choices have kept to establishing their brands on social media exclusively, some, including Arthur Herbert Brooks Jr., have created websites to help foster a stronger following.
His site has all the basics of a typical online presidential presence. A tagline, “Everyday People for America,” is clearly defined, and donation tabs and an official campaign announcement video dot the page.
However, the website features stock images and incomplete details, including broken links.
In his June 8 filing to the FEC, Paul DeLong of Williamsport, Pa., outlined his former job as a grassroots team leader. He claimed he is a veteran campaign operative for the Bush political family.
In a letter to FEC officials, DeLong said: “I feel that I am more than capable of running my own campaign at this time once I announce myself to some Republican Committees. I am hoping that one of them may pick me up.”
In the face of disappointing support, at least one politician has decided to pull out of the pursuit.
Brian Cole, a Pennsylvania Republican who rolled out his 2016 presidential plan five years ago, recently disbanded the endeavor.
Cole said he will now direct his attention to becoming a U.S. ambassador to Iceland, Chile, Spain, Norway or Madagascar.
But with party names such as American Marijuana Party and Democratic-Farm-Labor, these far less known candidates say they’ve got some political bite to them and aren’t backing down.
At least, not yet.
“The only problem I have is getting myself a vice president,” Stagg said.”

SC 2020 Response Letter Differs From
SC Codified Law – Write-in Candidates
There are no filing forms or fees required to run as a write-in candidate. However, write-in candidates should notify the authority conducting the election in writing that they are conducting a write-in campaign.
Write-in votes are not allowed in political party primaries or for President and Vice-president.
A candidate who was defeated in a political party’s primary may not actively offer or campaign as a write-in candidate for the ensuing election (S.C. Code of Laws Section 7-11-210).
The “write-in” space is always ordered to appear after any candidate names on the ballot.
Candidate names may be written in on voting machine ballots by touching the “write-in” space on the touchscreen. When the “write-in” space is touched, a “write-in” screen appears featuring a touchscreen keyboard. The voter types the name of the candidate using the keyboard and presses “accept” when finished. When accept is touched, the screen returns to the ballot, and the candidate’s name that was entered will appear under the appropriate office.

Candidate names may be written in on paper ballots using a pen or pencil. The use of stickers or stamps to place the candidate’s name on the ballot is not permitted. The candidate’s name must be hand-written by the voter or person providing authorized assistance.

Running as a Write-In Candidate in the General Election
A person who intends to be a write-in candidate for President of the United States at the November 3-2020 General Election shall file a Certificate of Write-In Candidacy with the Secretary of State by 4:00 p.m. on the 21st day before the General Election. The Certificate of Write-In Candidacy must contain the complete address of the candidate and the names and complete addresses of the candidate’s 3 presidential electors. A certificate of acceptance signed by the candidate’s presidential electors must accompany the Certificate of Write-In Candidacy. The certificate of acceptance for each elector is included as part of the Certificate of Write-In Candidacy. If the presidential candidate has a vice-presidential running mate, the name and complete address of the running mate shall be contained on the Certificate of Write-In Candidacy as well. If there is no vice-presidential running mate, the certificate shall be appropriately marked. The vice-presidential certificate of acceptance is also included as part of the Certificate of Write-In Candidacy.

The Statement of Candidacy shall include the candidate’s full legal name, the candidate’s address of residence, the candidate’s mailing address, the candidate’s name as it should appear on the ballot, and any other information required by the Secretary of the State Election Board.
The Statement of Candidacy shall be accompanied by a certification of the name and address of residence for seven candidates for Presidential Elector pledged to the independent candidate for President of the United States.
A petition supporting an independent candidate’s filing for President of the United States bearing the same number of signatures of registered voters that is required to form a recognized political party. (35,592 signatures in 2020.); or
A filing fee ($5,000 for each Presidential Elector) in the form of a cashier’s check or certified check made payable to the Secretary of the State Election Board. The total amount of the filing fee in 2020 is $35,000.
The candidate shall certify to the Secretary of the State Election Board the name of the candidate’s Vice Presidential running mate no later than the deadline established in 26 O.S. §10101 for the certification by a recognized political party of its nominee for Vice President of the United States. The deadline is August 19, 2020. South Dakota 2020 Codified Law/Rules
12-7-7. Certificate of nomination for President or Vice President of the United States–Requirements. Any candidate for President or Vice President of the United States who is not nominated by a primary election may be nominated by filing with the secretary of state, after December thirty-first and by the first Tuesday in August at 5:00 p.m. central time before the election, a certificate of nomination which shall be executed as provided in chapter 12-6. If the certificate of nomination is mailed by registered mail by the first Tuesday in August at 5:00 p.m. central time before the election, it is timely submitted. The number of signatures required may not be less than one percent of the total combined vote cast for Governor at the last certified gubernatorial election within the state. An independent candidate for President shall file a declaration of candidacy and a certification of the candidate’s selection for Vice President with the secretary of state with the candidate’s nominating petitions. The candidate and the candidate’s selection for Vice President shall sign the certification before the nominating petitions are submitted. If an independent candidate for Vice President withdraws pursuant to § 12-6-55, no independent candidate for President shall have the candidate’s name printed upon a ballot unless a replacement selection for Vice President is certified to the secretary of state by the second Tuesday in August. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, prescribing the forms for the certificate of nomination and the certification for Vice President.

Independent Candidates
Independent candidates for president may be on the general election ballot by petition. Any person interested in becoming a candidate must file a certification with the Secretary of State indicating the name of the candidate’s vice-presidential running mate prior to circulating petitions to put the names of the presidential electors on the general election ballot.
The petitions must contain signatures of 3,392 registered South Dakota voters. Petitions may be circulated beginning on January 1, 2020, and filed between January 1, 2020 and August 4, 2020, with the Secretary of State.
Petition and certification forms are prescribed by the State Board of Elections and are available from the Secretary of State’s Office.
• Independent candidates do not have to be registered as an Independent. A candidate may be registered with a political party and run as an Independent candidate by submitting an Independent Nominating petition.
• Independent candidates are automatically put on the General Election ballot and do not have a Primary Election.
• You will find signature requirements for independent candidates on the Secretary of State’s website. Independent candidates may collect signatures from any registered voter in the jurisdiction the candidate is running in.

I) ‘Make Pristine the World I’
Excerpts from the Affidavit describing some of the core of Most Trusted Programs created/written by Silvia Stagg since 2002 to date-Mandatory Stipulations/Conditions and Issues to be Addressed-Remedied-After Impact/Infinity Studies are Performed, with Black Ops Technology we shall install:
‘Make Pristine the World I’ repairs/restores and recreates Earth’s Eco-System/Environment, land, atmospheric layers including our depleted ozone layer, and all bodies of water, (The Entire Physical Planet:Land-Air-Sea). It installs a lite semi-permeable satellite array shield around the Earth and it resets/restores the Earth’s Orbit and Polar Axis to maintain a safe and optimal Eternal Life existence. ‘Make Pristine the World I’ installs forestation-reforestation of our most valuable, necessary, strongest trees/vegetation and it installs additional natural reservoirs, and lakes even rivers whenever necessary while raising the various coastal areas surrounding bodies of water including lakes and rivers. We have to modify/cleanse the sometimes very dirty and insect, rodent, snake infested wetland areas worldwide.
I. Additionally, we may use Satellite Shields placed around the Earth to prevent the most harmful Solar Flares-Solar Storms-Solar Rays constantly bombarding our atmosphere including the Ozone Layer, eroding it over time. The safe limits of natural temperatures of planet Earth shall be restored. There will be no more Polar Ice Meltdown causing lethal flooding and tumultuous Monsoon Rains-Hurricanes-Tornadoes and other harmful weather. Temperatures on ground in Deserts, The North Pole and South Pole will be monitored and controlled to allow travel and residential living within advanced infrastructure limits.
II. Furthermore, Earth’s layer of ground, bedrock, crust, mantle, and any fractures and disintegration therein (also exacerbated by Nuclear Atomic Explosion Devices, and Unsafe Mining/Drilling reaching down into the Earth’s Crust and beyond) will be repaired and restored. And Earth’s various bodies of water and atmospheric layers are repaired and restored. All of the foregoing of Earth’s Entire Physicality will be restored to its Pristine State existing Three Thousand years ago. The Earth’s Nuclear Core and the many layers of Earth’s ‘Ground-Soil-Bedrock-Crust-Mantle’ must be repaired and restored.
III. Tectonic Plate Movement which causes destruction in the various landmasses worldwide via lethal Earthquakes or Su Nami Waves will be Disallowed once we create a balanced weight distribution around Earth’s Nuclear Reactor Core, allowing only the most necessary shielded buffered Release of Excess Pressure to be Expulsed from within Earth’s Core!
IV. We shall raise Trees to preferred heights of (50′) Fifty Feet placed (25′) Twenty Five to (35′) Thirty Five feet apart depending on the type of tree chosen at each site, and we shall choose the strongest most valuable trees/vegetation to reforest worldwide of most benefit to human beings and domestic and wild animal life.
V. We shall raise all coastal and inland water coastline a minimum of (5′) Five Feet, to prevent the most dangerous flood episodes and use shields to prevent more serious flooding while we allow for variances in the natural weather. Areas we shall consider, for increased granite-mixed rock-soil drainage and build-up are:
(A) The southern portion of the United States of America from North Carolina to Yucatan Peninsula-Mexico, and (B) Eastern/Western Coastal areas of the United States, and (C) Caribbean Islands, and (D) Mexico, and (E) South America, and (F) Europe especially Holland & Italy, and (G) China/Hong Kong, and (H) Japan, and (I) Taiwan, and (J) The Philippines, and (K) Malaysia, and (L) Indonesia, and (M) other Islands, and (N) other Countries as the need becomes apparent.
VI. Implementation of Reforestation-Trees will be Infinitely maintained to remain at least (50′) Fifty Feet in Height. When we ‘Think Outside The Box’ as we are taught to do in college or university, we realize or learn that currency/coin was/is given as a constructive socioeconomic model and tool, a means to an end, and all money has some ‘Intrinsic Value’ against the ‘Gold Standard’ or any Standard Set by Government to ‘Pay For All Debts Public and Private.’ And this is so, even if a country’s government or monarchy experiences socioeconomic upheaval, recession or depression!
However, the ‘Intrinsic Value’ of money/coin is often used to allow anti-social reactions such as ‘Inflation’ when prices are raised as a result of Government Printing and Circulating More Currency/Coin. The argument being, “more Currency/Coin is needed to ‘Compensate’ for the ‘Devaluation of the Dollar’ due to increased Currency/Coin onto the market, which is more a theoretical viewpoint than a practical or realistically based view.
‘Devaluation of the Dollar’ if one wants to perceive it that way will always occur when more money is circulated. This usually happens when a country’s population increases, or more moneys is needed to be distributed, perhaps due to increases in Grants, Loans, Awards, Salaries, various Compensation, etc. However, more importantly, ‘Inflationary Pricing’ should be Forbidden as it is harmful to all countries.

1) Nursery School-Kindergarten
Once a child is toilet trained, they are accepted into the Mandatory Nursery School -Kindergarten Classes which are meant to stimulate and commence disciplined cognitive guidance and growth and development in a non threatening environment and includes Classes Nos. 1-5 (found on page one herein). Classes are no longer than one half hour. After lunch and nap time, the foregoing classes are followed by group singing and music lessons and low impact physical exercise for one half hour such as: dance – yoga – tai chi – meditation and outdoor swings, jungle gym, etc. Any television program of education and positive entertainment value will be used daily such as: “Sesame Street’ and ‘Cyber Chase’ or American History Cartoon/Program of some kind or Comedy. Field Trips during the week/weekend for Kindergarten is allowed. Children may easily leave their classroom with authorized adult/parent supervision for the day/period of time for any reason.
2) Mandatory (w/Parental Consent) Classes On/Off Saturday Hours: 10AM-3PM
With Parental Consent, and Come-As-You-Wish Open Schedule, a Child’s broad educational needs additional School Classes are held Saturdays 10:00AM – 3:00PM.:
Each Student must write at least one article/story for the School Newspaper/Magazine and Radio/Television Stations. Students are encouraged to learn basic photography as well. All students must sign up for one year of their chosen media outlet/mandatory classes which may Field Trips. Competitive Sports, Performing Arts Competitions, Catechism Class, Cooking & Home Economics Class, Psychology and Parenting Class, Citizenship Class (teaching our US Constitution/US Declaration of Independence and Para Legal Law), Fishing and Camping Class, Target Gun Practice Class, Bow and Arrow Class, Boating and Sailing Class, Diving Class, Driving Class, Etiquette/Diction Class are all mandatory classes taught on Saturdays for one year each. Local Businesses in the foregoing fields can be offered Class Participation when the Classes are Filled to Capacity as expected.
3) Military Service:
A) Military Service Is Delayed Until Every Enlisted Person-Military Officer/Cadet (preferably while in High School-College) has Completed a Four Year or Five Year Bachelor’s Degree (120 – 150 College Credits). There is No Draft – There is No Subscription! Boot Camp is once monthly and builds strong bodies and strong minds! Women are welcome in boot camp but NOT in the Front Lines in the battlefield. There is more Freedom In the US Military and choice of Combative Assignments and Personal Safety are Respected. Taking the Initiative to Complete Assignments Is Allowed. Whistle Blowers will NOT Be Punished! In a Good Gnome Society Whistle Blowers will most likely NOT be necessary. Communications-Media-Medical-Nursing-Computer-Library-Office Staff Are Acceptable Positions For Women in the US Military.
B) All Educational Expenses Are Paid for by the US Government-US Military-Military via Grants-Scholarships-Student Loans. Before any person may serve in the US Military-Military for Four to Five years, they must first complete a Bachelor Degree Program of their choosing making service in any Military delayed until about the 21/Twenty One or 22/Twenty Two years of age and Not 18/Eighteen years of age.
